Who this is for and why coaching helps
This service is for anyone supporting someone else, including carers, family members, friends, and those in a wider circle of support.
Caring can be meaningful and rewarding, but it can also be demanding and easy to lose yourself within.
Coaching helps people feel clearer, more confident, and better able to care for others without losing themselves.
Coaching and therapy – what’s the difference?
Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences or mental health difficulties.
Coaching is forward-focused and supports clarity, practical change, and personal growth in your current life.
It offers a space to move forward with intention rather than looking back.
The coaching process
Coaching is a collaborative and confidential process that offers space to explore what feels challenging and what may be holding you back.
My approach goes beyond surface-level solutions, exploring underlying beliefs, patterns, and practical obstacles common in caring and supportive roles.
Coaching is available one-to-one, with couples and families, in groups, and through workshops.
How and where coaching takes place?
Coaching is offered online via Zoom and in person.
This flexibility allows sessions to fit around caring responsibilities and changing circumstances.
An initial, confidential, no-obligation conversation is available to explore whether coaching feels right for you.
Your personal coach
I bring over 40 years’ experience across primary and social care, including frontline practice, management, and business ownership.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, am a Member of the British Psychological Society, and work within its ethical framework.
I also hold a CPD-recognised coaching qualification, with my approach informed by the latest psychological research.
Take the next step
Coaching is suitable at any stage, whether you are under pressure, facing change, or simply wanting space to reflect and grow.
You do not need to identify as a “primary carer” to benefit. I offer an initial, confidential, no-obligation conversation.
Kindly fill in this form of interest and I will be in touch.
